Last Friday we were very fortunate to have a Lincoln School alumnus from the 70s, Mr. Bijay Niraula, come to talk to our High School students about how he is bridging eastern philosophy with modern technology in San Francisco. Bijay showed us how technology can now measure brain activity in the prefrontal cortex, and how with practice we can develop more calm and mindful states of being. It is was great to have Bijay back at his alma mater!
