Senior Spotlight – Zoya
Zoya has so many memories from her time at Lincoln, which began in 2009. Among her favorites are scoring a goal in the last SAISA Football game during her senior year, embarking on canyoning adventures with her classmates, and building lifelong friendships along the way. If Zoya were to embody an animal, she would choose to be an eagle. “I would want to gracefully navigate the vast skies and embrace the freedom that comes with flying,” she shared. “I would gain a unique perspective on life.” Looking ahead, Zoya anticipates traveling to new places, embracing new adventures, exploring new hobbies, and meeting new people. One piece of advice Zoya imparts to younger students at Lincoln is to strike a balance between academic pursuits and enjoying the high school experience. “It’s crucial to recognize the significance of your studies and prioritize your education because it lays the foundation for your future. It’s equally important to make the most of your high school experience and graduate with loads of memories to look back on.” Zoya acknowledges the teachers and coaches who sparked new interests within her, her parents who have supported her throughout her high school journey, and her friends who have been instrumental in shaping her into the person she is today. We wish Zoya continued success, fulfillment, and happiness as she embarks on her next chapter. |
