Exploring Food Sustainability

Our Food and Nutrition students explored food sustainability by visiting TUSA Restaurant in Bhaktapur, known for its modern take on Nepali cuisine. They learned about sourcing locally, fermenting, and whole-animal/vegetable preparation, which provided students with invaluable insights into sustainable cooking.
