Health and wellness is an important part of the Lincoln School experience and is integrated into many parts of the school. Students in ES, MS, and grades 9 and 11 all have health as part of the Physical and Health Education curriculum. Today Grade 4 students are thinking back to what they ate for breakfast and categorizing the foods into healthy and unhealthy groups based on what they have learned previously in health class. Some unhealthy items: cake, coke, and jam. Healthy: eggs, milk, and cornflakes. Students are learning that making healthy food choices is important to living a healthy life.
