High School Art: TAPE OVER Lincoln School

Inspired by contemporary artist, Julie Mehretu, and the street art collective TAPE OVER BERLIN, high school Art students created a site-specific mural to represent a city in the world. They created a design based on systems from their city, including maps, architecture and other visual references. Students constructed their mural with colored tape and utilized a combination of three colors that best represented their city.
