Welcome Back Grade 2

Dear Parents,

Greetings and welcome back to school.  My name is Matt Stinson, and I will be teaching grade 2 again this year at Lincoln School.  This is my second year at Lincoln School. Before Lincoln School, I had been teaching in the United States at a Montessori Charter school in a classroom with 1st-3rd graders.  In addition to my Montessori training, I hold a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of New Mexico. I am very excited to be a part of the Lincoln School family.

Returning to the classroom this year is Mira, who will be working on her fifteenth year at Lincoln School.  She loves working with the second grade and will continue to be an invaluable asset to both the students and me as we engage in our shared learning journey.

o   Friday – PE, Art/Nepali Studies, and Technology

I am excited about the school year and look forward to a fun and productive year with your child.  If you ever have any questions or concerns regarding your child at school, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Ms. Mira and I look forward to seeing everyone on Monday morning.
