rom Health to Art: Middle Schoolers Express Identity Through Street Art

In a unique collaboration, students in Middle School Health explored their identities by creating sketches that represent their unique personalities, interests, values, and experiences. Transitioning to Art class, they learned about street art and stencil-making, transforming their identity symbols into vibrant spray paint art pieces.

The final installation, spanning from the Health room to the Art room, showcased the students’ artistic expressions while emphasizing the connection between individuality and community. This project highlighted that, although each student is distinct, they all belong together in a shared creative space.
