In our Food and Nutrition class, students have been exploring the healing power of medicinal herbs, crafting unique loose-leaf tea blends tailored to specific health benefits. From chamomile for stress relief to ginger and turmeric for immunity, each blend was thoughtfully designed to support well-being.

As part of today’s workshop, students sampled each other’s teas, shared insights on their health benefits, and presented their custom labels – highlighting ingredients, remedies, and brewing instructions. A perfect blend of innovation, creativity, and holistic well-being!
