Faculty Spotlight: Mr. Chip Faircloth
Chip Faircloth joins Lincoln School from South Carolina, where he originally started his teaching career. He has shared his passion for education throughout the world, teaching in Kuwait, Colombia, Nepal, UAE, Ukraine, and now, again, Nepal. Yes, this is Chip’s second time teaching at Lincoln School and living in Kathmandu. “It is really great to see the smiling faces of the local staff again,” he said. “I learned that you can see an old place through new eyes and appreciate it just as much as before.” Chip’s favorite thing about being an international teacher is the students he’s taught and the colleagues who have become lifelong friends. When asked what inspires him, Chip responded, without hesitation, “My students.” We are so excited to have Chip back at Lincoln. Once a Snow Leopard, always a Snow Leopard!
