Faculty Spotlight: Ms. Etsuko Tomlinson

Nurse Etsuko Tomlinson joins Lincoln with an incredible amount of experience from clinics, hospitals, and schools in Singapore and Japan. She is excited about all of the educational opportunities available to her in Nepal. “I love to learn more about various medical approaches from around the world to prove how the mind and body are related,” Etsuko said. “It is my dream to approach health holistically.” An avid meditator, she centers mindfulness and gratitude as part of her everyday life. She said she embraces, enjoys, and learns from inconvenience, which is essential for human growth. At Lincoln, she has been impressed with how the school facilities promote a healthy lifestyle for students and staff and loves seeing children playing and running outside of the health office. Every learning adventure inspires Etsuko. “Every moment, I learn something new, and I’m different from a few minutes before,” she said. We are grateful to have Etsuko caring for the health and wellness of our Lincoln community.
