What an incredible few days it’s been at Lincoln School, Nepal! Our swim camp came to a close with some serious speed, thanks to the legendary presence of double Olympic Gold Medalist, Penny Heyns. Over 30 students dove into learning with Penny, focusing on starts, turns, and mastering the 4 competitive strokes. Penny didn’t just share her swimming prowess; she shared her journey to the top of the podium and the mental skills it took to achieve her dreams. Her inspiring words lit the torch for our students to reach their potential, both in and out of the pool. Massive thanks to Penny for her invaluable guidance and to all the students who made this camp a resounding success!
