Lincoln Staff Engage with Design Thinking

Design Thinking was the focus of Wednesday’s professional learning. Design Thinking focuses on developing a mindset which is not problem-focused but solution focused. During this session, staff members worked in teams to solve a complex problem to create a more desirable solution. Teachers were highly engaged in the activity and left with ideas on how to use this framework in their classrooms.
